Paia -- the biggest little town on the spectacular northshore of Maui -- with its old plantation style wooden style buildings still in tact is a reflection of the once old sugar plantation town. Many of the historic buildings have been standing since the late 1880’s and the Paia Sugar Mill although no longer operational is 1 mile above town on Baldwin Avenue.

Once the capital of Maui, this quaint little beach town has an array of fine shops & boutiques, surf shops, antique stores, and even an old fashioned tattoo parlor. The assortment of locally owned shops and dining establishments offer warm hospitality and friendly service, with an atmosphere unlike any other town on the island.
