Payments

Road to Hana Tour accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover

• There is no charge or service fee for processing credit-card payments.
  
• Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation.
  
• All Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates are not refundable.
  
• Cash, traveler's checks, or personal checks are not accepted.

Changes and Cancellations

TOURS WITHOUT AIRFARE:

• Changes and cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior to tour commencement without penalty.
  
• No-shows and changes or cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a full charge.
  
• No refunds are available once a tour has commenced.

TOURS WITH AIRFARE:

• Due to airline tickets restrictions, all tours which include airfare are non-refundable once the reservation is purchased.
  
• Airline tickets are non-changeable and non-transferable.
